WWII Veteran shows off his Patriotic Side

Hector Espinola is a 96 year old WWII Veteran, who joined the Army at just eighteen years old. He completed his training at Fort MacArthur in San Pedro, CA and served as a gunner of a 105mm Howitzer Cannon in the Philippines. He was in Japan for their occupation after their surrender in 1945.
Hector lives in Costa Mesa, CA with his wife Elena of 56 years. They have 4 children, 14 grand children, and 2 great-grand children. He has only recently started to share to his WWII experiences with people outside of his family.
Not only did Hector get to go on Honor Flight Southland to D.C. this year, but was also asked to ride in the 118th Annual Huntington Beach, CA parade. He proudly wore his Flag Shirt riding in a 1943 Jeep from WWII. Hector loves God, his Country and his family.
