Every year on November 11, the country stands together to pay tribute to our veterans. It's a time to honor those who have served our great country and fought for our freedom. Originally beginning as Armistice Day, this was a day to honor those who died for our country and held on the day of the Armistice signing. It was later changed to Veterans Day in 1954 to honor all veterans.
